First sign of success

Today I saw one of my coworkers (work BFF) that I haven't seen in about a month. She got a new position and now she works in Virginia. She had a new haircut and just all around looked happier. I guess that could be attributed to the fact that she no longer works for my boss. But she looks great. But what has me so happy today is the fact that when she saw me, the first thing she said was "You look like you are losing weight Tina". Talking about happy, I was grinning from ear to ear. Maybe my workout plan is paying of a little. I still have a long way to go, but hearing that really made my day. And it ultimately gives me motivation to continue on this workout plan.
